2011 Vacation Rental Rates
Rates are calculated based upon the number of guests staying at the
properties during the rental time. If uncertain about the rates displayed,
please ask for a quote. Minimum rental period 2 days/ 2 guests.
Appropriate taxes now 13% HST (Will be added to
rates displayed for rentals.)
Tax rates are set in accordance with Revenue Canada
directives.

$1500.00 Cad per week - 2 adults accompanied by up to 3 children under

Rentals at Pine Tree Saturday to Saturday is preferred.

Bookings
for rentals of less than 7 nights during the months of July and August
2012 cannot be taken for Rainbow or Pine Tree Houses before May 1, 2012
as they are reserved for weekly bookings only until then.

Minimum rental 2 nights for larger families or group (3 nights on
holiday dates)

If you are making enquires for a group of
people, please state age group of persons, location you are coming from
and reason for visit. Due to previous problems, damage and
complaints young groups are only accepted
at the discretion of the owner and a
cash deposit may be required before accepting booking or upon arrival
at the owner’s discretion. Any deposit taken will be returned
upon departure provided that no damage has been caused and no
additional persons brought to the property without payment during the
rental time. Any damage caused or owners property removed from the house
will be deducted from the deposit and the balance returned when proper
costs are ascertained. It is the responsibility of the booking guest to
recover such costs from the person responsible for any such damage, not
the owner. Any damage above the amount of deposit taken will be the
responsibility of the booking guest.

No allowance is given for the absence of children as the rate is based
on 2 adults staying, the 3 children staying are free of charge and
cannot be replaced by adults without the additional person charge.

right to change the rates at any time without notice - ALL BOOKINGS
TAKEN BEFORE ANY CHANGES WILL BE HONOURED AT THE QUOTED RATES AT THE
TIME OF BOOKING.
Longer term bookings of 28 days or more
during the period September until May will be given substantial
discounts which are particularly attractive to contractors working in
the area, in between property closings and looking for temporary
accommodation during the low season - ASK FOR A QUOTE!
Booking guest must be 19 years or over - Please provide correct guest
numbers and ages at time of booking to avoid any embarrassment on
arrival. Quotes are based upon the number of people staying at the
house. Unfortunately, due to the deception by a few others, it is
necessary to point out that 'Conditions of vacation rental ' will be
enforced if required. We reserve the right to request proof of age.
BORDER CROSSING BETWEEN U.S.A. AND CANADA.
Full and up to date official information may be obtained from official Canada
and U.S.A. Government web sites at Canadian
Entry/Exit Information Site and American
Entry/Exit Requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure
eligibility to enter Canada
with the proper documents and return home. Please be aware that certain
convictions will not allow you to enter Canada
, also children whom are not accompanied by both natural parents may
require written consent from the absent parent...
Refunds will not be given due to entry refusals. Please check yourself
before booking.
ALL PRICES ARE IN $ CANADIAN
and subject to exchange rate at time of payment.
C$100.00 (Non-refundable) booking deposit required to confirm booking.
Balance payable 8 weeks before rental date. Booking subject to all
conditions of vacation rental. Please do not book unless you are sure
you wish to proceed, it is advised that you seek vacation insurance to
cover any illness or change in circumstances.
