Why are our rates so low? (Considering what is on offer) The simple answer is , we are a small family orientated business wanting to offer families value for money accommodation. All our properties are equipped and priced with this in mind.

Experienced to offer you what is needed - We have nearly 10 years of experience to give you, the traveller, what you really want in vacation house rental or self-catering breaks - That is not to say we will not listen if you want something more, we are always striving to add new features without increasing our prices beyond reach. We must be doing it right; guests return time and time again and of course we have grown from one house in 1998 to 5 houses in 2008!

Location of properties

Sunshine and Honeymoon Houses are situated next door to each other in Ferguson Street , Niagara Falls . They are the first two houses when entering Ferguson Street from River Road (The Parkway) in the Whirlpool Tourist area .( Ideal for family re-unions or friends going on vacation together)
Located directly behind the Best Western Hotel, between the Whitewater Boardwalk and the Whirlpool Aero Car attractions. Approximately 3 kilometres from the famous Niagara Falls . A twenty five minute walk or a five minute drive.

Twenty minute drive to Niagara on the Lake along the beautiful  Niagara Parkway . A matter of yards to the People Mover and shuttle stops which operate along the Parkway. Convenient to everything Niagara Falls has to offer. 

Rainbow House is situated in Ontario Avenue , Niagara Falls . Just a five / ten minute walk to the famous Niagara Falls and Clifton Hill, the main tourist area. The Casino Tower can be seen from the front of the property. If you want to walk to the Falls and home again, this is the house for you. Walk to the attractions, restaurants, bars, amusements and shops, they are only a few minutes away.

Pine Tree House is situated in Bampfield Street , Niagara Falls . A few minutes walk along the Parkway to the Falls and Clifton Hill. A perfect location for walking to and from the Falls and Clifton Hill. Bampfield is a quiet residential Street, yet such a short walking distance to the main attractions.

Craig House is situated on River Road (The Niagara Parkway) just around the corner from Pine Tree House. Another wonderful location, just a few minutes walk to the main attractions. A great view of the Niagara River parkway.

All of Niagara Falls Cottage Rentals properties are placed in convenient areas for travel anywhere in Niagara Falls . Also convenient to Golf courses, travel to Niagara on the Lake, St. Catharine's and Welland .

All the houses have the following: Stove, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer, dryer, iron, ironing board, cable television, stereo CD/Cassette player, DVD Player, coffee maker, toaster, telephone (local calling, incoming or calling card only) bed linen, towels, fully furnished, pull out beds (futons) dishes, cookware and cutlery for six people ,( This can be increased, depending upon guest numbers.) barbeque, garden furniture and lighting. Of course all have the wonderful relaxing HOT TUBS. In short, you only need to bring yourself, your food and your spending money!

Pine Tree, Rainbow, Sunshine & Craig Houses have broadband internet connections. Please confirm internet connections availability upon booking.

All the houses have air conditioning. Some have wood burning stoves or fireplace for winter rentals.

All our houses are ' Home from Home ' properties. On arrival you are met by the owner who will be pleased to show you around and be as helpful as possible to ensure you enjoy your visit to Niagara Falls . We do not try to compete with hotels, motels, bed and breakfast accommodations or any others, what we offer is just simply not offered by others. We do not add charges for the use of anything we have on offer.

Whilst our accommodations are mainly offered as family accommodation, we are happy to have other responsible groups or parties.

You don't need to worry about the kids in public areas. Each house has its own fenced back yard.
